I have known Paul Masters for over 20 years now.  Never have I met such a person with so much integrity, passion and hard work.  It was his magnetic personality not only continues to amaze me but anyone who is lucky enough to get a chance to meet him for themselves.  He has way of making people from all walks of life feel at ease and comfortable when around him.  I  often thought this guy must think I am pretty cool because he always took so much interest in what I had to say, much to my ego's dismay did I later realize that he acted like that with everyone. Whether it is sincerely conversing with and caring for his elderly neighbors, not for profit, but because they need someone to help, or being a excellent role model for the youth in his community by coaching a vast range of sports, a man such as Paul is a seldom found gem.  He has often taken this zealous caring energy too far I think.  Back in our college days when we first met as roommates, many a time we would be rolling down the highway just for Paul to screech on his brakes and pull to the side of the road after viewing a stranded vehicle.  Not only would he stop to help but often would pop the hood, rip off his shirt and start digging into the engine getting covered in grease, and doing makeshift repairs right on the side of the road.  He would finish his repairs, shut the hood, and get the people driving again with the most dumbfounded look of shock and disbelief as to what just happened.  I also view a newspaper article of  Paul tracking down the owner of a wallet he had found.  $700 dollars was inside when Paul found it and $700 was inside when Paul returned it to its owner. Always allow for a few more minutes when gong surfing with Paul.  Part of his surfing ritual is picking up litter strewn about before and/or after each session.  It is out of gratitude for the beauty of nature and thankfulness of the gifts of the ocean.

Having bought his first house at 18, Paul has decades of experience in the real estate market.
